MASTERBOARD BOOK – BOOK PAGE COLLAGE
I have just added another page to the masterboard book which I recently started. It is a book page collage.
This was relatively quick to do, because I had a pile of book pages after trimming away the white borders, ready for making tags and other projects. I also included some of the plain borders from the old German book. I didn’t add any inking but the book pages from more modern books have been coffee dyed.
This masterboard will be very useful to cut up and use to make tags and other embellishments and ephemera.
I didn’t use up all the book page fragments by any means. The rest have gone into a new poly-wallet to be stored with all my other papers ready for projects. I have several fragments which are spattered with blue (Payne’s grey water) and I shall make a separate masterboard from those. This one is purely neutral.
